This is a permanent remote-work position for an entry-level Technical Support. You will work on customer support tickets to fix payments and reports and will escalate tickets as needed. You will help clients by trouble-shooting the system, on both front-end and back-end, including devices and technologies that are used in conjunction with the system (such as printers/scanners, remote connections, etc.). This is an excellent role to get started in IT or Software Engineering. This company promotes from within.

Communication skills are very important.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in a CIS/science/computer-related field
