IT Support/Account Manager

This is a permanent Remote with some travel(company supported) position for customer-facing role in a growing software company. This is an excellent role to get started in IT or Software Engineering. A lot of the work will be done remotely, but also includes on-site visits to customers located in Texas. The travel will be higher for the first few months as we onboard everyone to the cloud. After that it will be limited for trainings and site visits.

This role includes but is not limited to: Relationship building with our customers, some level of de-escalation techniques, customer service skills, basic troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to travel through Texas at company expense, Customer service experience Comfortable and confident when in person with customers Clear Communication Ability to work in a team environment .

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a CIS/science/computer-related field Ability to travel up to one week per month
